Every group has a culture driven by what the members of that group find important.
At Procare delivering authentic, patient centred healthcare is what binds and drives us.
The world has changed so much since we started way back in 2006, so in order to stay aligned to this purpose we have made some recent changes to the Procare model.
We are a musculoskeletal practice but we don’t focus so much on what profession practitioners are within this; they can be osteopaths, physiotherapists or myotherapists. There are far more similarities than differences in these professions, and for our practitioners this merely reflects a university degree completed some years ago.
We instead focus on people. The people in the Procare team are connected by being experienced, clinically competent, caring and friendly. They align with what is important to our practice – delivering authentic, patient centred healthcare.
